Elaine qualified from the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel in 1995 and in 2006, she completed a post-graduate course in Orthodontics (BUOLD, Bristol University).
Alison qualified at London’s King College Dental School in 1982 and then spent a year working in the Oral Surgery department at Kings College Hospital.
Li qualified in 2013 at Liverpool University (BDS). She also has a BSc in Pharmacology from University College London and an MSc in Immunopharmacology from Glasgow.
Mehrdad Sehat qualified from Leeds School of Dentistry in 2001 and went straight into general practice as the wide variety of care involved interested him greatly.
Nick is a Newcastle upon Tyne graduate with experience in treating high-needs patients. He is also currently completing a post-grad diploma in primary dental care.
Daniel originally qualified in Romania and since registering with the GDC, he has also completed various courses in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.
Originally from Ireland, Mairéad qualified in 2002 and has a wealth of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontology, oral medicine and paediatric dentistry.
Jacob is the latest to join our specialist team and undertook his Oral and Maxillofacial training in the UK and his Head and Neck Fellowship in Sydney.
Having graduated from Bristol University, Fawad undertook additional training roles in oral surgery and restorative dentistry, where he developed an interest in endodontics (root canal treatment).
Jenny, who first qualified in 1980, has been a dental hygienist here at King Street Dental Practice for 15 years and works in a multitude of ways – with different equipment and various instruments.
Yorkshire-born Nicola qualified as a dental hygienist from Sheffield (Charles Clifford) Dental Hospital in 1991 and is also qualified to administer local anaesthetics. She has worked here since 1997.
Karen qualified in 1989 at Cardiff University Hospital and has been here for over 10 years, where she takes pride in developing a working relationship with patients and putting nervous patients at ease.
Lyndsey qualified as a dental nurse in 2005 and has been here for the last 13 years. During this time she has also qualified as a radiologist and assisted in dental surgery.
Jess joined King Street in May 2017 as a trainee dental nurse. In July of the same year, she qualified and plans to study dental hygiene and therapy at university.
Vicki has enjoyed being a dental nurse for the last 15 years and has a very keen interest in orthodontics and finds the end results most rewarding.
Debbie has been a dental nurse for 10 years and qualified in 2008. She likes to look after nervous patients, helping them to feel at ease during their treatment.
Leigh has been nursing for over 20 years and has been part of the King Street team for 12 years. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and especially helping patients maintain their smiles.
Ali has been a qualified dental nurse for many years and joined King Street in 2016. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and works alongside dentists and specialists, with her passion for promoting oral health.
Angela qualified as a dental nurse in 2002 and was with a practice in the north east until moving to Hampshire in 2015. She has a vast knowledge of the policies and procedures within NHS & Private dentistry.
Bev has been one of our receptionists for around 25 years, and is now one of our Practice Co-Ordinators. Having attended various courses, she helps ensure the practice runs smoothly.
Mandy has been part of the King Street team since 2002 as both a receptionist and now a Practice Co-Ordinator. As such, she deals with the day-to-day running of the practice.
Susan has been here for over 17 years and is also one of our Practice Co-Ordinators. Susan also works on our compliance with the various Care Quality Commission policies.
Linda joined the practice in 2012 as a part-time receptionist after a long career in the NHS & Civil Service. She is here 2 days a week, commuting from Kew, where she now lives.
Linda retired 5 years ago after a long career in the commercial sector and now works part time as a receptionist, where she enjoys meeting all the patients.
